Hello all, I'm no different than most here. Long time lurker first time poster!

This is my first build, and my second road bike. I've been cycling now for going on 2 years. My previous bike was a Planet X ec130e (I know I know, but I thought let myself invest less to see if road cycling was my thing and boy has it been!

I had seen Ligs OP and that had sold me on pulling the trigger on this particular frame color. I found one for a really nice deal. It seems to be not everyones cup of tea, so it's maybe one of the cheaper SL6 frameset colors out there.

Stem still needs to get the chop and I'm just making sure I am comfortable with the fit before any chopping goes on!

So here it goes as it stands now

Brand: S-Works Type: SL6 Size:56
unnamed.jpg
Final weight: 7.18kg with pedals, bottle cage, and Quadlock mount

Headset: CeramicSpeed headset bearings
Levers: Sram E-Tap
Crankset: Sram E-Tap 50-34 GXP
Chain: Sram X01 Black
Derailleurs: Sram E-tap front and rear (medium cage)
Bottom Bracket: C-Bear BB30 to GXP
Cassette: Shimano Ultegra (11-32)
Pedals: Shimano SPD-sl PD-R540
Handlebar: Zipp SL70 (38mm)
Cable Housing: Jagwire Elite Link
Stem: Zipp SL Sprint (130mm)
Wheels: Zipp 404 Firecrest
Innertubes: Silca Latex with speed shield (Not pictured)
Brakes: Shimano Dura-ace Direct mount brakes BR-9110
Bottle Cage: Most
Tires: Conti GP5000 (28mm)
Saddle: Chinese Ebay Carbon
Bartape: Fizik

I would like to get to know others thoughts on this so please feel free. I am looking to Shed weight in the wheels. To 303 or not to 303 that is the question :noidea: The bike shop near me (Not a LBS, it's like a superstore) has Zipp wheels heavily discounted. Next I'd like to fit a XG-1190 cassette probably 11-26, and last but not least I like the LOOK of keo's and think they look jazzy with this frameset.

Kinda a gloomy day when I took the photo but I also think its hard to photograph Zipps well due to their sheen.

Do you have a link for the saddle? I'm thinking of getting a chinese carbon saddle, how do you find it?

Type in "Full Carbon Fiber Bicycle Saddle MTB Road Bike Seat 3K matte Super light"

There are loads like it available out there. Check even your local amazon to avoid import taxes.

Sorry I did not. As I thought the components for the most part were pretty standard and the weights for them can be found easily.

loving the paint scheme and that saddle looks great. I can't help but feeling like having an osbb frame and converting it to GXP is like taking 4 lefts to go straight.

I totally hear ya out on that. But its my groupset from my previous bike. Everything else on the bike is a carry over. Only thing new was the frame.
