Moderators: MrCurrieinahurry, maxim809, Moderator Team
Thought I would build up the Parlee to use this winter.... maybe a bit posh for winter, but better to put to use than the frame and forks laying under the bed!!
Parlee Z3 frame - Enve 2.0 Forks - CK headset
Chorus 11 Group, except Zipp cranks
Boyd Altamont lite rims on CK R45 hubs - Sapim CX Ray spokes
Conti 4 Seasons tyres
3T Ergonova bars
Enve stem
AX saddle and seat post
Weight as pictured 7.65KG.

Cheers guys,
Muddys are just clip on ones.. SKS Raceblade Pro XL... I have used them for years and they do the job well.. Great if you dont have the clearance for full muddies...
Dont you need eyelets for PDWs? There is just very little clearance between the tyre and underside of fork to fit anything there.... Sadly 25mm Conti 4 seasons wouldnt even fit on the rear, so have to run 23s....
The Vuma shifts perfectly, I have owned it for years and has always performed well, on 10 and 11 speed, yes at the moment with KMC chain. It is actually my second as the first came 'unbonded' at the axle, but this one seems to be holding together...
Cheers,
Lig.

As usual you are one step ahead of me.
I had exactly the same idea and built up my Z5SL with mudguards. After much searching to avoid clipping onto the frame. I went for BBB guards which attach under the brakes and under the QRs. Now I just need some rain, as so far I’ve managed to avoid it.

@Lig how do you find Vumaquad vs Clavicula SE, does the different Q-factor cause any trouble? I'm contemplating a THM to replace my Zipp.
Cheers guys,
Sounds like a nice ride MrFish... now bring on the rain
@Klaster_1 - I haven't had the Vumas and the SEs on the same bike, so hard to say... but when switching between bikes I have never noticed any issues at all. TBH I have never even thought about this??!!
@Mike - Sure you are right, but I swore I would never sell the Parlee and to me it makes sense, as it is better to use it than have it stored away... Also with lifetime warranty it will be good to use through the 'hardest' months!!
Cheers,
Lig.

Really nice. I also have Z5sl and propably never going to sell it. I like how it rides and it have almost zero value becouse of 23mm tires clearance so good bad weather / trainer bike.
You should read that small print on warranty. It's product lifetime, not person. I can be 10 years or even 5 years.

Hi Kumppa,
The warranty is lifetime for the original owner, not for the product life??!!
'Every Parlee frame comes with a lifetime warranty for the original owner'
So all good if you are the original owner!!
Cheers,
Lig.
