Sold the synapse went off disc brakes. And wanted to stay with Rim brakes. Waited ages for this. 98 days . Size 56. 105 groupset. Rotor chainring. Falcrum wheels. Vitoria corsa tyres. Zipp handlebars and stem. It's super clean. Also got the standard Mavics as well.
Weighs in at 18.1lbs 8.21kgs without pedals. I have a dura ace 9100 groupset to go on. I would like to get it under 8kgs with pedals then take it from there. The synapse was 10.2kgs .

Little update. Been selling a few parts on the build. The 105 group set and brakes. Bike is basically just a frame and wheels. was goin with 9100 mechanical but since the frame is di2 compatible, I have changed my mind. Ordered a di2 set and 9100 brakes. Staying 11 speed so my bikes can swap wheels and cassettes easy. Staying with dura ace to match the new crankset. Will have to look at lighter options for the seatpost as it's a 25.4 and the standard seat is super heavy. I'll get pics when groupset arrives.

I would recommend a hylix carbon seatpost from ebay, they are like $50 and weigh 150g or so
then maybe change to an Aliexpress EC90 carbon saddle, they only weigh 125g

Hylix seems a good shout! I am not a out and out weight weenie so will keep the build reliable, I am a big lad so cant go too stupid . Just love the feel off a light bike .
Received my dura ace 9100 rim brakes. They look awesome and really match the frame. I know not super light but a saving over the standard 5800 brakes.376-326 =52grams. Mostly just so everything matches.
Need to look at getting a c bear bb30a so I can get my cranks in.
Moneys a bit thin before Xmas so just making a list off what I need/want

After many months off deciding and buying a di2 kit I decided to go mechanical. Just needs my dura ace 4mm pedals put on. And need to buy bar tape.
Caad 12.
Zipp bars and stem
Falcrum 2.1 wheels
Full dura ace 9100 mechanical groupset
52-36. 11/30 cassette.
Gp5000 tyres
Weighs in at 7.4kg on the nose. Without pedals.
Dura ace 9100 +4mm pedals 7.711kgs 17.0lbs.
Will be getting a new seatpost and lighter seat which could easy save over 250grams 100 on post and 150 on seat. Sub 7.5kg is my next goal.
Very happy with the look . If I get close to sub 7 it might mean ee brakes, but wanting to keep it all dura ace 9100 as it's the last mechanical group set at this level.
Hope you all like
