I got a good deal on the sr crankset my length 170mm but not the chainring that I wanted 50/34. I have the 11/32 cassette.

From my personal opinion, having owned a C50, Extreme C, EPS, C59 and ridden a C60, there is a muted gentleman like charm about Colnagos.

I don't really miss my Pinarello Prince or Pinarello Paris, nor do I miss my different generation Supersix Evos.

I don't keep more than one bike at a time, and my Colnagos are the only ones that I really sometimes wish I could have kept.

The geometry works really well with my morphology, but the ride has a planted, silent and springy feel to it.

My aero Cervélos were all great for going fast, but it was all about speed. A bit like driving a Subaru Impreza WRC... you are likely to be the fastest around a track, but unlikely to be the first choice for a Sunday ride with good non-competitive friends.

Colnagos feel more balanced. Like a sports car that is easy to drive, not the one that will overcook a tight corner and kill you.

I haven't driven Porsche's, but have heard they are easy to live with as everyday supercars. That is a bit what Colnagos feel like... supercars that are easy to live with and enjoyable to use.

There is something special about them... much of it difficult to prove with objective terms. They just feel civilized.

I should caveat the following question with the fact I think these are the most beautiful carbon bikes! But what makes a C64 special to ride? Is it more it rides like a stainless/Ti frame as I already have that in metal... they don't seem that light? Or aero? Just trying to understand the allure as if I was to get a plastic bike this would be it, but wouldn't want to be disappointed or expect something it isn't... I'd love to hear from people that own them, especially those that have ridden a lot of bikes

What exactly Sacke said .. i've build and rode a few bikes,Colnago frames has that differnt feel. They are just so smooth and comfortable.True they are not light or aero but they move when you want to and they feel light when you get to speed, stiff enough on hills. Actually C50 was one of the best Colnago I've ridden.If you really curious I would get a loaner or rental. Never had experience on Ti or Steel although I hop on a Moots RSL and Cinelli NEMO around the parking lot and Ti not for me yet but the NEMO "ahh so this is what Steel bike feels like" with a smile.

AT last picture what kind of bike car rack is this ? Never seen it before. It looks cool. Is it secure, stable?

its a Seasucker bike rack, uses a suction cup.
