Wow! That’s a great build.
Nice photos and build, enjoy riding it.
Ok, so I’ll say it out loud: I’m hard for sure!!
Seems like a very solid choice of components and parts all around. Yet, very lightweight for sure! Maybe it is the angle, but it seems like the front end of the rear brake line is a bit too long
Did you do the paint color matching on the saddle, wheels, and frame yourself??

Awesome. The key to going sub-12 and keeping it rideable (durable) is always going to be tubular wheels.
FWIW - my first zero.6 frame cracked after a couple of weeks. Wilier was great about getting a new one out (drop shipped instead of having to go through the dealer) and that frame has been trouble free for thousands of miles.

Speedplay is the devil!
Thanks! That's the natural angle the cable exits the frame. When you squeeze the brake I think any shorter would be a little too tight. It does look long though at first glance. No the bike came with those copper accents. I had Berk color match the bridge of the saddle. Twohubs (bike shop) made the decals for the wheels.dgasmd wrote: ↑Sun Jun 23, 2019 12:10 pmOk, so I’ll say it out loud: I’m hard for sure!!

Did you take those photos or did Twohubs? They are amazing photos. Your bike is beautiful and it shows that there was quite a bit of planning and parts selection for your build. Even down to the matching copper colored brake cable crimps. Great job!

Hi and thank you! I took the photos in my garage. I only have a white backdrop. I would have preferred black. I was thinking for a while on some photo locations, but it's just a lot of work to haul all the strobes and gear. I might still get around to taking some outside location shots..

Any benefits of using the braided wrap over heat shrink?
