I have been back and forth whether to make a dedicated thread for this bike since modern aero framesets from big brands have so much proprietary parts, and thus doesn´t really qualify for a custom build tag. So the "custom" in this case starting from a frameset picking parts that suits my preferences (and budget...).

This is totally personal opinion but I think I'd go Specialized Venge and Dura Ace components instead.
Otherwise I can't not love an S-Works Venge. They are pure hotness.

Nice build!

I just got my stock Venge Pro/Ultegra Di2, which came (as far as I understood) without a Shimano D-Fly unit. Where have your put the D-Fly unit on your bike? Somewhere near the battery in the seat post?

Thanks!

The D-Fly is located in the downtube close to the head tube junction. I used Shimano wire holders (EW-SD50) to secure it from rattling but small zip ties or foam will also do the job. I wanted to place the D-Fly quite close to the Garmin, initally thought about placing it inside the handlebar.
