I have been back and forth whether to make a dedicated thread for this bike since modern aero framesets from big brands have so much proprietary parts, and thus doesn´t really qualify for a custom build tag. So the "custom" in this case starting from a frameset picking parts that suits my preferences (and budget...).

Frame/Fork Specialized S-Works Venge size 58 w. direct mount RD hanger
Seatpost Specialized Venge aero seatpost
Seat Fizik Arione R1 Versus Evo
Stem Specialized Venge 110mm
Bar Specialized Aerofly II 420mm
Bartape Selle Italia Smootape Corsa
Bottle cages Tune Wasserträger 2.0
Brakes Shimano Ultegra Br-R8070 w. 160 front/140 rear SM-RT900 rotors
Front derailleur Ultegra Di2 FD-R8050
Rear derailleur Ultegra Di2 RD-R8050
Crankset Quarq DZero BB30 110bcd 172,5mm
Bottom Bracket Ceramic Speed BB30
Chainrings Praxis Works Buzz 52/36
Chainring bolts SRAM
Chain Ultegra CN-HG701
Shifters Ultegra Di2 ST-R8070
Cassette Ultegra CS-R8000 11 - 28
Wheels Roval CLX 50 Disc
Thru-axles Specialized Venge
Tires Vittoria Corsa Graphene Clinchers 25mm
Tubes Continental Supersonic w. Vittoria extenders
Pedals Ultegra PD-R8000
Others Di2 D-Fly EW-WU111, Specialized integrated computer mount

Weight ~7,4kg

Have done 500kms so far, mostly intervals and fast rides. Handles really well and feels fast but still comfortable enough. Only change planned is a sticky black bar tape, Lizard Skins or Supacaz likely candidates. Will try Conti GP5000 (maybe TL) when the Corsas are worn out.

Rider facts
Saddle height BB->Top of saddle 775cm
Tip of saddle-> Bar centre 590mm

This is totally personal opinion but I think I'd go Specialized Venge and Dura Ace components instead.
Otherwise I can't not love an S-Works Venge. They are pure hotness.

Nice build!

I just got my stock Venge Pro/Ultegra Di2, which came (as far as I understood) without a Shimano D-Fly unit. Where have your put the D-Fly unit on your bike? Somewhere near the battery in the seat post?

The D-Fly is located in the downtube close to the head tube junction. I used Shimano wire holders (EW-SD50) to secure it from rattling but small zip ties or foam will also do the job. I wanted to place the D-Fly quite close to the Garmin, initally thought about placing it inside the handlebar.
