I was thinking about deda superlegerro bar stem, seems low weight. But I’d like to match the post and the superlegerro seatpost isn’t that light. Next option would be Fizik Cryano 00, Enve, Hope or Ritchey superlogic. Issue being non Italian and also price. The schmolke, Darimo and other super lightweight options are all way too expensive. The others you can get between £70-150 new or second hand but barely used.
Try Elita Carbon seatpost from Alixpress only about 120g for 27.2 x 300mm, I cut mine down even further.

Just my honest opinion but I wouldn't spend much effort in stripping weight on a bike build around a heavy frame.
As Cinelli has a famous history of bars and stems, I would choose a Cinelli Neos stem, bar (it's carbon) and seatpost (carbon too). Bike24 sells them:

Of course the bar will be wrapped in Cinelli bar tape.

Kinda yes/no. I just don’t like the Cinelli Bars or Post, doesn’t aesthetically look that decent.
I’d be tempted by Cinelli mash bars though. But not sure on thoughts on integrated units.
I just want the bike to be 8kgs, appreciate that’s not what’s needed but an 8kg steel disc with clinchers would be nice..

If they don't get back to you then ciclicorsa.com and bikeonline.it both appear to sell their range.
Have to admit my suggestion is slightly self serving having been considering a Nemo Tig with WRC components, but haven't the cash

Ahh I’ve found them on ciclocorsa, which units were you going to go for? Appears about £170 which isn’t too bad. Pretty sure I’ll go for the seatpost next month, makes sense with cost per gram..

I like the shape and understated look of the 'WRC' setback post so I'd been considering that. I'm already happy with my bars to hadn't considered much else but the forks (on a different bike). Shame there's not much in the way of reviews out there but you can find them on various Stelbel builds e.g.

Soo, i've ended up going for a Deda Superlegerra Carbon bar, weighed in at 187gs which wasn't too bad. Just figuring out the long-term stem option at the moment. Currently a Deda 120MM 100 while I wait for something else.

Bikes still not been built, the shop didn’t realise I was in quite such a rush as last time
I’d seen them id been off my Nago with knee problems and they’d assumed I couldn’t actually ride!
Well in the meantime a very kind friend has leant me this absolute beauty, Shrampagnolo groupset. Light as a feather, and buttery smooth!
