Looks good. I like that frame. It looks proportionately fine, based on saddle height/post etc. Not everyone needs or wants or should have a slammed stem. I’ll never get used to looking at that etap rear derailleur however, on any bike.
In that case you must really hate the Red AXS rear derailleur. That thing is huge and heavy!

Great looking frame.
Thanks! Almost went with Matte Celeste but grew tired of trying to keep light colored matte paint clean.

Oops, I meant saddle height from the center of the bottom bracket.

It's all downhill from here, except for the uphills.

Go for it! You won't be disappointed. Very impressed with braking performance of the Jet 4+ Blacks. The knurled surface makes a huge difference and the rim brakes have more initial bite than even my disc brakes. Haven't tried them in the wet however. Only downside is that you go through brake pads quicker.

I rotate riding my XR4 with my two BMCs. Not really an apples to apples comparison considering my Bianchi is on 25mm while my BMCs run 28mm. I run tubeless on all my bikes. The XR4 ride is def not as plush/compliant as my RoadMachine. Ride is very similar to my TimeMachine. Handling on the XR4 is razor sharp with very quick turn-ins. The Countervail frame def aborbs the buzziness you would feel on rougher tarmac although larger bumps can def be felt through the saddle. The Metron 5D handlebars and bottom bracket are incredibly stiff - no perceived flex whatsover even when putting down the power out of the saddle.

The BMCs are great bikes, but the Bianchi is def my favorite. If you're a car guy, the BMCs are like Porsche GT3s - fast and very well-engineered. The Bianchi is like a Ferrari - just as fast but more lively and fun. Biggest upside is my XR4 is over a kilo lighter than my TimeMachine! Basically that's like having carrying around two full 500ml water bottles on climbs. Very significant IMO.

Just wondering did you get a Bianchi assembly manual with your frame?

Really nice build and how is everything going with your new bike now that you've had it for about 6 months?

Thanks, Ed

Great build, but with those spacers and no drop it looks like you've chosen the wrong bike for you.
Just got to add that the camera angles and height can play a lot of visual tricks with the drop.
