2019 S5 Disc Di2 - 7.25kg
Moderators: MrCurrieinahurry, maxim809, Moderator Team
Picked this weapon up yesterday as a natural progression from the Gen.2 S5 rim brake...
Did 85km on it today and safe to say I'm fully sold even though it's a kilo heavier than the bike it's replacing!
I've only managed to weigh a few bits so far.
Brief spec:
56cm S5 Disc
110mm stem

Shimano Dura Ace 9170 Di2

C-Bear BBR-86-R ceramic BB - 107g
Speedplay / DuLight Ti pedals - 140g
CeramicSpeed coated OSPW - 30g over standard 9150 rear mech
MSW Shimano Dura Ace chain - 244.3g

Rear RAT axle - 68.3g

Few more mods inbound, but the bike won't change much now. It's porky but carries it well.

Today was dropped from the front pack in a local "spring classic" race, and did the last 54km full solo on a R5 disc, boy, did I wish I had the S5 instead
Did you have an option for the olive-green frame? The black ones look so standard.
Minimum bike categories required in the stable:
Aero bike | GC bike | GC rim bike | Climbing bike | Climbing rim bike | Classics bike | Gravel bike | TT bike | Indoors bike
Aero bike | GC bike | GC rim bike | Climbing bike | Climbing rim bike | Classics bike | Gravel bike | TT bike | Indoors bike
It's in homage to the bike it's replaced. Personally I also don't like loud coloured bikes.

Shame it is 56. Although one of my men, probably you have heard of it, 17 years old was put down in West Molesey (stash of 16 "borrowed" bikes) I'd be very interested to aquire your machine
In English?

Very beautiful. Porky but not too much after all. I also think the rotors are a very good match to the bike.
Ps. You might have missed the saddle. Looks like a Prologo?
Indeed, it's a Prologo Dimension Nack. Around 160g IIRC but it'll be off the bike this week. Gave me sores after 85km. Not for me!

Looks amazing, what a bike. You can save an easy 85g by swapping out the RAT for allen key axles (plus they are more aero). Hope my S3 Disc 2019 comes in about the same weight as this (and rides as well!), If you need a different saddle, I have a new Berk Lupina for sale..

I've got the aero axles / kit on order from Cervelo. Should be here this week
They'll be around 30/35g each, so hoping for around a 65g saving there.
I'm pretty sure the BarFly Garmin mount is made from the hull of the Titanic, it's solid! Will be getting that off to weigh and see about buying a carbon alternative.

Congrats! Total dream machine
Would love a detailed review on the differences in ride feel between this one and the previous S5 if you ever feel like it
Very interested in it myself but sort of in limbo. Stripped my S5 for sale as I’m committing to discs across all bikes except the TT. Part of me is thinking to try a Tarmac or Venge or something next just to feel something different though I’m a Cervélo fanboy at heart.

I've never been a fan of any Cervelo bikes in the past. But I saw this bike at my LBS and was really impressed by how striking it looked. Congrats on the new beast!
