Well my name is Paul and I've been into cycling for as long as i can remember. I enjoy being on and off the road so I have both a road & mountain bike. I also enjoy building/repairing bikes, I've worked in a bike shop for a few years and also carry out all work on my mates bikes.

Unforunately I got lazy and didn't do much biking for a few years while in college but now that I'm finished and have more time on my hands I've started cycling again. Due to this my bikes have alot of old components on them.

My road bike has just been given a new lease of life with a new frame/fork/chain/cables/tyres. I'm happy enough with the weight due to the usage of the bike for the moment.

Unfortunately the OCLV frame is showing signs of wear with a little hairline crack now on the frame so its time for a serious over haul on my mtb.

My Road Bike:
Giant OCR Aluminium frame & Carbon fork
Spinergy Rev-X wheels/ Rolf wheels
18 spd Shimano 105 groupset & Ultegra STi's
Monoc Handlebar/Stem & Carbon Seatpost
Selle Saddle & Conti Tyre's

My Mountain Bike:
Trek OCLV Frame
Marzzochi XC700/Trek Cromoly rigid fork
XT/XTR 24 Spd Groupset
Hope Hubs/DT Revolution Spokes/Mavic 217 Sup's
X-Lite Handlebar/Seatpost
Selle Italia Flite
