It is well a 51cm.
About the building, not specially very light, 'just' high level components.

Enve SES 3.4 Disc
Enve stem and handlebar
Saddle Specialized Romin S-Works
Schwable Pro-One tubeless 25c with sealant
Like that, with Speedplay stainless pedals and 2 Ritchey bottle carbon cages > 7,010kg
