R3 dark edition budget build

Hello all

i am building a Cervelo r3 Dark edition 58cm as a bit of a budget weight weenie build.
picked the frameset up for £300 and a pair of red 22 shifters with front and rear mechs for £120.
I have got a pair of campag eurus to put on the bike and will be using a Quarq power meter.
Looking for advise on a decent set of brakers to go with it, was thinking sram force ?
