Nothing major really. The rear locking part was slightly shorter with mine, and I had to custom make the suspension top cap to compensate for that. And the seatpost sleeve is made of cork (the original one is made of plastic) and has much better grip than original one, but I am not sure how long it will hold. And the total cost was around $3.5K (roughly $2K for frameset and $1.5K for the rest)
They are aluminium barrel adjusters, search for "brake cable adjuster" at ebay and you'll see a bunch.

I have to ask - how does it ride? And yes, this is seriously awesome.

Impressive! What are those cranks - old Tune Fast Foot's or an Asian clone?
I put together new parts. The bike is now down to 5.56kg on scale.
I am qute proud to use only affordable parts so far ($30 saddle, $70 crank etc) but things may get difficult from now on. Clavicular SE will save ~120gr. AX Orion SL will save ~30gr. Rebuilding wheelset with extralite hub may save ~50gr. But they are quite some tasks and will cost $$$.
I have seen some lighter ti parts (<400gr rear triangle, <400gr handlepost etc) online so it may make more sense to look for those parts first.

You mean the message from official website? I don't think so, cordz can be bought from the usual WW shops. I recently purchased a set at r2.
By the way, did you consider other crank options for 1x or Clavicula SE still remains the lightest? I think this might be my next upgade

Thanks for the info. It seems they are all gone in most shops... I'll look harder around.Klaster_1 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 13, 2019 2:19 amYou mean the message from official website? I don't think so, cordz can be bought from the usual WW shops. I recently purchased a set at r2.

And I think the Clavicular SE is still the lightest option out there, even with recent weight increase. eeWings look awesome but it is heavier than cheap chinese combo (!)
