BTW, I have a question - Did you choose a celeste seatpost clamp or they sent it like that?

It came with the celeste Carbon-Ti clamp

Also celeste carbon-ti bottle cage bolts - which are a nice touch - but won't be used as they're incompatible with Carbonwerks cages

My build sheet puts the total build at low 5.4kg... but I'm starting off in a deficit... because Italians

Granted, the frame weight includes derailleur hangers and cable guides. All of which appear fairly... robust. And lower bearing race installed on the fork already.

Also ships with an FSA SL headset - so I'm glad to not have to buy lighter bearings in the pursuit of #gramz

And a new crank showed up today as well. It was like Christmas... except for the incorrect seatpost that showed up :(

I'm definitely sold on the DM brakes on the Wilier. It will be interesting to compare against standard mount EE that will be on this bike.

Frame size?

Digging the THM crank. I’d like to do the same one day.

What group are you pairing it with? Read somewhere the chainline with THM is different than SRAM, but wonder if it matters...

53cm frame so may end up needing a 130mm stem. Will be built with SR11 which should arrive Friday.

When I had my Parlee Z-Zero rim brake bike... I actually used a fork from a Colnago V1R so I could use DM brakes on the front atleast...

claimed frame weight is 780gr. for size 55, +/-5%. black version.

but i think its simply a typing error, they accidentally added the "-". its supposed to say "780 gr + 5% for size 55" ...

seriously: why "+/-5%" for a matte frame? there are so many manufacturers (cdale, scott, focus,.... among other idiots, advertising correct weight-specs) who produce frames with relieable weight differences of maximum +/-5 gram, in equal sizes and matte paint.

dont want to provoke a debate. but, sorry, i had to get rid of this, because i am bit annoyed from the habit of some manufacturers, obviously trying to get potential customers by stating weights that they know to be false.
