I’ve changed a few bits over Christmas & managed to drop the weight. Although I’ve gained from the festivities :noidea:

Housing and cables are missing from the list.

They’re just the shimano ptfe dura ace ones. I’ve not weighed them as it was a bit awkward. I didn’t want to roll them up too tight to fit on the scales or take it apart once set up. I might be able to do it from the ones I’ve removed to get a rough ball park figure.

I'd ballpark 40g for shifting housing/ferrules and 25g for both shifting cables. No idea about brake stuff, but it's probably heavier, I'd say another 50g.

Do not drill this frame for internal routing. It is fine the way it is. If you want electronic just e tap is good enough. But if you want lightest go for mechanical red

Yeah I would just go eTap and skip drilling this and voiding the warranty. I actually saw the exact frame built up locally and the weight with eTap, THM and lightweights was under 14lbs. impressive.

Did you use loc-tite when you pressed the bottom bracket bearing into the frame. Does your bottom bracket make any noise? I am currently building a R5ca and trying to choose which configuration will not creak!

I used the parktool stuff primer & retaining compound. its worked fine so far eith enduro ceramic bearings.

Dont worry people ive not drilled any holes. I went for the dura ace 9100 groupset in the end but with a sram red cassette. its shifts pretty well & is a good saving over the dura ace item. I might change my saddle for a berk next, but im finding it hard to take the jump. Pretty costly if i dont get on with it.

I used Hambini BB and retaining compound in 2 different Cervelo's. I don't remember what creak sounds like.
