Since everyone seems to be getting Izalco Maxes, I figured I needed one as well since the frameset are basically going for $1/g...and why not?

I'm going to move the SRM over to this bike. It'll be built up as a go fast bike, probably nothing super WW (I know, a wasted opportunity) but I'm estimating roughly 5.7kg with Boras and 5.5kg with Lightweights. Litespeed will temporarily be shod with Nemesis and 27mm tubs and no PM. Going to be my "F&*k it all, I'm just going to enjoy bikes" bike.

Frame with Hanger @ 704g

Where do you all find those cheap Izolcos? Wish I could get my hands on <1000USD 760g disc frame.

This will be a rim, not disc brake frame

That's why I said 760g and not 700g. You mean the good deals are mostly for rim brake version that's going to be replaced soon?

Built one up for a friend with Etap. He has several Evo's and Caad12's but loves his Max. The build finished around 12 lbs. :P

eBay - a number of sellers have been offering great deals on Focus lately in the US. Piermont has a slew of 'em: https://www.ebay.com/itm/2017-Focus-Iza ... 2170726105

I would never run those bars, especially not on an Izalco Max with R9150 and eeBrakes

Bora's suit the bike well. I like how it turned out overall.

Weird how much the site degraded that photo... on flickr it looks excellent.

You've shot a few bikes on that wall, right? It's a good bike-shootin' wall.

Bike looks excellent - I think the Litespeed will do well with the non-weenie build too.
