Can you call the store and pay over the phone for delivery? I'm in Australia.. Can't help much, we get the same limitations from online stores.

They are not willing ... what you think , i found some ffwd wheels in black and with with DT Swiss 240s

Bora Ultras have ceramic bearings. Bora Ones have a very, very nice bearing one notch below the ceramics in the Ultras.
