That’s a cracker!
So shiny
Thanks for the photos! I assume you’ve got the bar-tape still to put on?

Yes, the reason i left it untaped is because i am not sure about the bars. they feel a bit too narrow.
So that's the only part i might change.

Those upgraded 10-speed downtube shifters are cool.
Very direct shifting.
I also noticed that the older front derailleurs have a bit more 'space' to work with. I can shift the whole cassette on one ring pretty much.
Changing rings in front still works great too.

My regular steel ride, a De Rosa Âgé in beautiful dark metallic blue and yellow, chorus 11 speed with shamal mille.
Syntace P6 seatpost with SLR saddle, Deda 215 shallow bars with Dia Compe 100mm stem. The stem is temporary - i just could not find a decent stem in 110mm black/73 degrees (unless some crazy priced "vintage" stuff), so I ordered a new Cinelli 1A silver in 110, which i will deanodize and paint black myself.
This bike surprised me a bit - it's very agile and quick. Just a joy to ride.

why ? it has to be horizontal sir ?
better that your eyes hurt looking at it than my body riding it

That's definitely true but it would look heaps better with the drops parallel to the top tube and stemstrobbekoen wrote: ↑Mon Feb 25, 2019 7:34 pmbetter that your eyes hurt looking at it than my body riding it
