I had one on a tri-bike and my last road bike for shits and giggles. I found the shifting really smooth..better then OEM? not really.. but not worse either. What it did allow on my road bike was to use the 32t cassette which I could not on OEM short cage (this was SRAM eTap ) I did not pay retail..no way I'm buying one for $4-5hundo. I probably would NOT put one on the road bike again.. Tri-Bike yeah maybe ?

Just waiting for some final parts to come in. I'll be using my Enve 4.5 clinchers on it.

Was able to get through bike shop and customer. Guy bought new tarmac and came with it, though he uses SRM so I bought it off of him through the shop. Was lucky to be in the right place at the right time. Lucky me

Are those Aerofly II bars compatible for the new Junction A di2 box?

Ill probably go that way once these praxis wears out.

Well good news and bad news. Bike is built up and it looks absolutely stellar! Having issues with the shifting on the chainrings but will bring back into have then try to dial in and fine tune. If not, ill simply go with praxis, no problem. Other thing is that it is SO much heavier than i imagined it would be!!!! 14.4lbs with pedals, cages and garmin. Not happy about that AT ALL considering the parts i have on it. But i knew the enve 4.5 clincher and saddke would be a weight penalty.

Im looking into swapoing out the power expert for the sworks power mimic which is no different in shape, has carbon rails and shell with the level 2 padding i want which results in a 70g savings.

Will get a picture up in the morning.

Here are some REALLY quick shots. wife was trying to get some things ready for Thanksgiving so I snuck out out lol

steering tube will be cut, I'm just playing it safe to make sure this set up works. Once I get out on a couple rides, it will be cut appropriately. Still need to make adjustments to saddle tilt, but the seat height is dead on and feels great.

This is what it should look like with that steerer cut..

I'll have to think about getting those Aeroflys as well, they really compliment the frame. Nicely done!

About 6,5kg for the complete bike isn't too bad IMO, but it could be lighter.

I've got a nice crank that will help you drop ~160-170g :)

Still a stellar bike!

You said you were not happy about the weight. Was there something that came in a lot heavier than expected?
