Bike is finished and now begins the dialing in process.

initial thoughts...
PMP titanium seatpost whilst having a 70g penalty over the MCFK, aesthetically is a better match with the brushed ti frame. Seems slightly more compliant as well.
Schmolke bars are also very similar to the Enve Compacts, although with a flattened-top section, and 40g lighter.
G4 brakes feel like they modulate slightly better than the mk2 ee, and the centering pin is much nicer to use. Strength is on-par, maybe slightly stronger, hard to say.
Carbon-Ti rings shift perfectly. Mechanic was surprised - and going as far as to say they are 99% as good as OEM rings. Front shifts are silent.
Jagwire Elite link cables - a little finicky to setup but super smooth and visually, totally rad.
YBN Black Ti Chain, Black Cerakote King Cages, and Matte Jet Chris King headset for extra black-on-black details.

R9100 shifts like a dream...very clinical and Di2-esque. I'll miss Campy for its "character", but it's nice to have a super quiet drivetrain again.

Actual weights

My initial estimate was off....the frame is actually ~1150g but still incredibly light for a 10 year old titanium frame in this size (56.5 TT, 18cm HT)

Have started the process of stripping the bike so taking the opportunity to get some actual weights i missed the first time round.

Kalloy Uno with Black Ti Bolt kit 100mm/7 degree - 99g
Schmolke expander plug 11g
Carbonice Adam FD clamp 6g

Also my OCD decided against the RX800 rear derailleur for now - going with full R9100 group
Can I ask how you’ve found the Carbonice Adam FD clamp? Any problems setting up, or ongoing adjustments?

What a beautiful build - everything goes together so nicely.

Not a bad looking location for photos either.

This frame has such beautiful, classic lines. Great choice.
