What an absolutely gorgoues build!!!

Don't know if you would, but i do know a few who have, if you drill a 6mm hole into the handlebar you can hide the EPS junction box inside the stem and really stealth things up.

Again, absolutely stunning bike.

Cheers, thanks for that! Since the photos were taken I've ditched the O ring attaching the interface and just stuck it on with some double sided tape which tidies it up a little but I like the idea of hiding it inside the stem, something to consider.

Many thanks for that. Still enjoying the bike and have made no real changes since those snaps were taken. I had thought about upgrading to EPS 12 speed but in the end Campag took so long to get it on the market the notion wore off me and I couldn't be bothered!

While campag is the last group I'd associate with Specialized, I can't deny that it looks pretty badass!

Absolutely gorgeous bike! I like the look (and weight) of those cages, how do you like them? and if they're any good, could you drop a link?

LOL cheers mate! You're right about the Spesh/Campag connection although Astana did have Campag on their team bikes in 2014 because I seen their Tarmacs in the pits when the Giro started in Ireland that year. I recall that they had a little difficulty running EPS due to the fact that the older Tarmacs (SL4 & 5) were set up for Shimano with the result that some of the riders, including Bertie Contador, were using Super Record mechanical..

Thanks for the comments. Great cages for the money - light and hold the bottle very securely. I think I may have got them along with a CX frame I bought from Velobuild a few years ago although I reckon you could get similar from any of the better Chinese vendors. http://www.velobuildmall.com/
