STS cover, you'll need to buy a Cane Creek compression ring for it to fit flush. Thats my light mount under my out front mount, I was wondering what that was too.

SRM back from Colorado, found cheap bars and a good deal on a wheelset so.... Right at very high 5.9 kg.
