So apparently when you buy a Campgnolo Super Record 12x with disc brakes, you do not pay enough for a set of screws to fix the rear flatmount caliper.
Since my Madone SLR frame is still being produced, and I'd love to have everything together bevore it arrives, my question is: Could a Madone owner be so kind and do me the great favour of measuring the thickness of the left chainstay where the screws go through, as in the attached pic? I'd really appreciate it!

It is 25mm on all Trek flat mount models.

What's the mininum spacer height required for use with the aero stem/bar stem? As the 50cm bike is a bit tall for me.

I try to figure out how to get my Madone SLR6, which I build up with an R9070 Dura-ace Di2 group below 8,4kg.
Replaced the heavy Bontrager wheels with lighter AIE wheels, with extremely light rotors (71gr/piece)
Without wheels it still weighs 5,44kg.
Wheels weigh 2,93kg included cassette and tubeless GP5000 tyres.
I see similar bikes here under 8,2kg, but can't seem tot shave off extra weight without spending an excessive amount of €€...

What pedals are you using? Maybe try something like Speedlplay with TI axle or Look Keo Blade carbon with ti axle?

Goes to show that Cervelo and Spesh have got the lightest aero bikes.

My S5D is just under 7.5kg fully built and ready to ride in a 56 (110mm stem) with power meter. The Venge Pro I demoed was 7.3kg with pedals but no PM, mountm cages and short stem.

I have Look Keo Max 2 pedals now, but will be installing - and yes, I suppose these will add weight - Vector 3 pedals in a few weeks.
Look Keo Max 2 pedals are not the heaviest of pedals, so I don't think replacing them will reduce a lot of weight.

Not sure what those wheels are, but my 2019 Madone SLR (rim brake) comes in at 7.2kg’s with DA 9150, Bontrager XXX 6 wheels, XXX saddle, Speedplay Zero titanium, and Tune bottle cages. The disk version is 300 grams more making it 7.5kg’s.

Nope, out the box a 56 SLR9 Disc is 7.76kg with 140g Speedplay Ti pedals and no cages.

That's an enormous difference.
Even mine is originally a 56 SLR6, I replaced the group with Dura Ace, so the weight difference with an SLR9 shouldn't be so great.
The wheels I use, handbuilt, have been built up to be 300gr lighter than the Bonts Comp 5 the SLR6 comes with.
All that, plus rotors that weigh half of the Dura Ace rotors, brought the weight down with approx. 500 gr and I was happy with that.
But now see the same bikes on here, that don't look that much different, weighing 8,2kg and even your SLR9 7.76kg.

650gr can't be all in heavy pedals. :(

You may be surprised how much weight is in details..Speedplay pedals are around 150g, yours may be 100g more.
What kind of tubes you have? You may have 50g or 100g tubes.
What bar tape? Deda Traforato is something like 30g, some tapes are 100g.
May be some lighter axles?

Does anyone know if you can put a different bar and stem on the 2019 Trek Madone SLR Rim Brake? I am looking at buying the Trek Madone and am trying to bring its weight down as close to 6.8kg as possible and believe the madone specific stem and handlebar is quite heavy (>500 grams). Was thinging the 3T Aeronova team stealth handlebars and 3T ARX LTD stealth stem?
