Great bike (wink wink):) I went with the black one since I have an old celeste CroMo Bianchi, but I like this one a lot, too. I just wonder, the black matte is a total pain for cleaning, is it the same with the celeste one?
Sorry, I haven't seen your question..well, it attracts dirt easily but not hard to clean with baby wet wipes. Happy with my choice, though black is also very nice, I have seen some great builds with black:) Especially pairing it with Lightweight wheels make it a super nice bike.. and i guess black is more practical, hides scratches and probably lighter.. unfortunatelly i can't have both combinations:)

The matching seatpost is a bit of an overkill for me, otherwise it's looking great.

I also say no to the celeste seatpost. If you wanted some more color, to get away from the celeste/black default, you could try:
-gumwall tires (but I think you must have celeste bar tape to make this work)
-Deda stem/bar (to break up the 100% black cockpit)
-Deda seatpost (to break up the solid black seatpost)
-Look pedals, nice and colorful
Great choice on the Fulcrum Speeds btw! Everyone who owns a Specialissima seems to be on Bora dark labels in 35. If you must go with Bora, personally think 50 looks fine as do standard label.
Of course, Lightweights are the best looking on this bike, but the wheels cost more than the frame itself!

Celeste seatpost is a bit oppinion splitting;) but i quite like it. I had a problem with ud matt Darimo seatpost that was more grey than black shade and didn't match stem or handlebar..
I am thinking about handlebar, whether to put something aero there like Deda Superzero as handlebar has quite an influence on aero..or go the light way and put there Bontrager XXX integrated combo (230g for bar and stem) - i would have to sand the Bontrager brand down:)

I have the same dilemma about the Darimo post these days. I got some info from the shop that the one they have is 3k matte. I wonder if that one is darker?
Loved the first pics you put up.
Celeste frame and pedals. All the extra bits put it over the top for me.
Still a really nice bike.
Your height and saddle height are the same as mine. Reach and drop look the same also.

Great looking ride.
I like the colour match seatpost. If it were mine I would go with Celeste seatpost AND stem but with black bar tape, that would look the nuts!!
Cheers,
Lig.

For whatever it's worth, I've been using Lizard Skin celeste tape for years and I've never had a dirt issue, despite riding in the rain, snow, and dirt. I do take a wet towel and wipe down my bike after every ride though.

I'd stay with Celeste tape since that's what I have on mine. I've been trying to source a Celeste Selle SMP Composit Crb without luck...
My votes:
black bartape
black handlebar (deda superzero)
black seatpost
