Strip the frame. Give it a coat of clear with some bright logos!
I guess there's worse hobbies than making a bike light? Right?

I'm lost.... I really love a raw look but by stripping the paint,it will void the lifetime warranty offered by local dealer 😟

Looking forward to seeing. What will you use to strip it? I have a 2011 frame here that I've thought about doing the same to.

Use sandpaper with different grit. I've got a topic where I sand my TCR.

Paint looks good; raw CAAD has been done time and time again and is a bit bland TBH. But, if it's gonna be a true weightweenie build then go for it.

Love a CAAD build 👍

I say don’t strip it raw .. just get it built and ride the hell out of it

I think I will just save the hassle and keep the original paintwork. Began parts hunting on my local classifieds and found some really interesting components.
Decided to go for 10spd, compact set up.

Found a nice cannondale branded carbon crankset. Bb30, looks like a Sram red.

Sram force 10 shifters

Sram force 10 fd with chaincatcher, I'll probably ditch it.

Sram force 10 rd, although not in the best cosmetic condition, I can live with it 😂

Look Keo carbon pedal.

Total haul today!!

White paint is heaviest !! You'll save 150g+ by stripping the frame. Dip it in paint stripper, done !!

Louis :)

Afraid to screw up the job, since paintwork is still good, decided to keep it original and see how it goes
