Like is said once I get my wheels which are carbon 56mm reynolds with vittoria corsa g, latex tubes. Frame is the same size, I have a s works saddle which is carbon and carbon stem which is lighter than what's pictured. Same bars and for my handlebar tape I have pretty thin fizik wrap. Only thing that would be heavier is the crankset, cassette and pedals.

The frameset must be pretty heavy to begin with then, getting on for 2kg? Anyway, OP, keep upgrading and it'll definitely get a lot lighter :D.
A few suggestions:
-wheels sound good, but veloflex masters are lighter than those vittorias and cheaper as well
-If/when you upgrade the groupset, get Sram, even Rival can be ultegra or dura ace weight if you get some different cranks (which I would recommend anyway, shimano trickles down function and not weight!)
-bar tape can be amazingly heavy sometimes, so try to get some light stuff next time you replace it.
-cables are a good place to save weight, alloy linked housing can save about 50-100g
-buy used stuff to keep upgrade costs down, it's amazing what you can get barely used for a fraction of the new price

Yeah I'm really wanting sram force 22 or shimano ultegra not sure yet. I have nice dura ace brakes which weigh very minimal and were a great upgrade from the axis 1.0.

Keep the Dura Ace brakes even if you upgrade to Sram, by all accounts they're better than Sram brakes and should work fine with Sram levers

Also the tires and tubes were free from the dealer since they were 2019 wheelsets. Some deal from reynolds.

I just like to match haha. Also when it comes to pedals I wanted new dura ace or ultegra but after this weekend I started to wonder rif I should get speed play. All the guys raving kept dragging pedals on this new course they could have in the future

Would sourcing DA 9000 groupset except brakes (got those) be worth it over a new full Ultegra R8000 group? I can always go with an ultegra cassette and the derailleur seem like I can get them for a decent price. Only thing would be either the crankset or find some lighter crank arms like s-works etc.

DA9000 and Ultegra 8000 are both fine choices. Piecing together a 9000 group right now is probably still going to be more expensive than getting a new 8000 one, but it will be lighter. Your choice :D.
Just a thought: if you were to piece together a groupset, light cranks like sram red or specialised s-works will probably be similar in price to DA, so if you'll sacrifice a bit of brand continuity, that could be a spot to save weight 'for free'.

Right....I don't mind having s-works cranks it's just finding them for a decent price as they are hard to come by. I almost bought a used force 1 52t crankset, but still didn't know if I wanted to go 1x or not and what it would entail. I live in a flat area for the most part and even on some hills don't even go to my smaller chain ring.

You can run 1x with a '2x' crank by just changing the rings, so you can always convert from 2x to 1x in the future. It's impossible to do the opposite if you start with a 1x specific crank.

But isnt for instance sram 1x better cause of the chainring tooth profile and bow the rear derailleur keeps more tension on the chain...
