Judt finished installing the new carbon parts and wrap. First time doing any of this. Ki da bummed wanted to remove the spacers on the stem but guess I'll have to get it cut to do that unless theres another option.

Just seemed even if I did that the stem cap wouldn't fit flushalcatraz wrote:You can move the spacers on top of the stem and try your new position before you cut down the steerer.

Got 20miles in today farthest I've gone in awhile. Toes started to go numb at times. Shoes are a size too big so going today to look at some new ones. Overall the bars and stem took out a lot of vibrations the stock bars and stem put in the hands. Overall I am pleased!

Made some bar adjustments and lowered the stem. Got some carbon spacers coming. Ready to try my new Torch 3.0s. Older shoes were too big and not stiff.alcatraz wrote:You can move the spacers on top of the stem and try your new position before you cut down the steerer.

Don't you know this site is for trawling through, finding someone 'wrong' and belittling them?

Sorry was a joke aimed at some of the forum members that have made this site a bit not as good as it once was. Not you.07stuntin6r wrote: ↑Tue Aug 28, 2018 12:49 amDont really care either way. Gotcha...yeah I posted a question before and all I got was criticism and bullshit instead of helpful info.Lewn777 wrote:Sorry was a joke aimed at some of the forum members that have made this site a bit not as good as it once was. That's a neat saddle pack there, love the minimalist look. What wheels are those?

The tube mounted sideways looks like non-aero, like it catches a lot of wind. And IME, tubes don't last exposed to the elements.
