Finally! Have been waiting for what felt like an eternity to have this frame made.

I was looking for something special and have been drawn to Cherubim's NAHBS pics repeatedly over the years. The bike is beautifully finished and has a certain Japanese quirkyness that is quite unique. Weight is a little over what I expected as the paintjob is super heavy. Sub 7kg is still relatively respectable for a brazed and lugged steel bike.

What I love most is the f&$k you to ugly ass aero frames, disc brakes, compact cranks and oversized cassettes :D

Took it out for a spin this morning- 75k’s with 1,500m of elevation with 60km/h crosswinds. Cherubim nailed the brief delivering comfort, stability while still being surprisingly agile. Loved pushing big gears in shitty conditions, it was wonderful.

Looks so good. Got the geometry chart for that bike?... the angles look to be quite slack. Just curious.

Yeah it’s super slack: just note the chart wasn’t updated for saddle height, stem angle etc so just focus on the frame.
