Hey guys newbie here,
I recently bought this Canyon Ultimate CF SLX disc from the factory outlet.
It came with mechanical Ultegra 6800 and Mavic wheels, I quickly sold the groupset and the wheels and replaced both with the following specs.
Full Sram Red Etap HRD with a quarq Dzero Red crank and 52/36 chainrings and 11-28 at the back.
Ceramic Speed bottom bracket bearings
Bought the new Enve SES 5.6 Disc wheels with dtswiss 240 hubs.
Swapped out the awful fizik antares saddle for a S-Works Power saddle.
I have not weighed it yet but the bike is significantly lighter with the new setup.

Thank you both!
The photos are taken in the westfjords in Iceland. I live in Reykjavík and took the bike along with me to a summer house nearby, as you can see the summer in Iceland is very sunny and warm...

Oh man I could not be a bigger fan of this - I have the bike you bought before the upgrades and I'm so jealous. Phenomenal.

Did you weigh it before you made the upgrades? A comparison would be nice.
Looks stunning.

Yeah I weighed it in march, before the upgrades and it came in around 7.7 - 7.8 kg with ultegra pedals.
I will try and weigh the bike as soon as I can, I would not be surprised if the bike was around 7.0 kg or lower as it feels so much lighter.
I am completely in love with the bike, the frame, crank and wheels are so stiff and lively, its a rocket!

That's so good to hear! If a bike feels faster you will ride faster. If you love a bike you will be motivated to ride it which is very important

Are you liking the Dzero? I'm looking at getting one as my first power meter.

This is also my first powermeter, I have had zero problems the last 3 months and readings are consistant. However there is one thing that really annoys me and that is that I cannot run a 53/39 because of the 110BCD.

Just buy 53/39 in 110 bcd, there are lots of brands that offers that
