Decided to update my XC bike, going from 1x10 Di2 custom mech to 1x 11 with an XT Di2 mech, tried an XTR shifter but didn't like it and with a dropper post as well the bars got a bit busy so decided to try a more integrated looking cockpit.
Sram gripshift LH gutted shifter does the dropper post activation, modded the fork lockout remote to act as the clamp for the gripshift, and a Custom RH shifter for the rear mech, ended up as just the gripshiter shell since trying it rotating just didn't work out, as it shifted too easily.
To shift you just nudge the yellow buttons with your knuckles, thumb knuckle on the rear most one to shift down, index finger knuckle on the front one to shift up. The switches are wired up to my old Alfine Di2 electronics module gutted and mounted inside the Gripshift housing, With a road junction 'A' strapped to the bars and the battery attached to the bar end plug and laying inside the bars.
Other updates are a Syntace stem, Maxxis Ardent tyres, Sunrace 11 speed 11-40 cassette and the Raceface turbine dropper post.
Weight is a respectable 10.28kg. not bad with decent tyres and a dropper post.

BIG time ingenuity (and a sharp Scott Scale frame )
Bravo
I think I’ll switch out my XO 2x10 in favor of eTap Eagle when the time comes. The simplicity of a single der is awfully intriguing just as you’ve demonstrated here.

Cool to see some well executed mods like that, nice!

New one piece bar/stem from ULLICYC, pretty much a copy of the Syncros Fraser ic SL, required a new shifter setup and moving the battery into the frame rather than in the bars a previously.
New bars ULLICYC unbranded, 740mm wide with a 90mm stem in 3K weave gloss,
Custom headset spacer in SLS Nylon RP material to blend the stem to headset /frame. wrapped in C/F effect vinylwrap
New custom SLS Nylon RP material Di2 shift switches that are retained by the grips lock-on clamps. total weight 18grammes
Gutted SW-600R electronics mounted in a Foamex module under the bars and sandwiched by the C/F computer / light mount.
Custom 3mm thick carbon fiber Di2 Junction 'A', Garmin and Light mount.
ZTTO, lightweight 11-46 cassette,
Still in progress custom chain device ( although this might not be required ) with a clutched rear mech and narrow wide chainring, but i had some space left in the RP parts build tray.
