I'd picked up a Dura-Ace R9120 mechanical hydro group for the failed C5 project, so I already had that to hand. Trek Australia found a 2017 SL Disc frameset in their warehouse; and I'd had an offer for a set of Hunt wheels - before I knew it, this came together in no time!:
The saddle position still needs sorting as I need the long seat mast topper with 5mm offset (pictured is the short one with 20mm offset). Additionally, I have a black IsoSpeed cover coming for the front as well as gloss black covers for the rear IsoSpeed (which I've already switched out, but to matte black at the moment).
The white graphics are all going to be covered with vinyl wrap, which is being designed as we speak. Current plan is camo or a purple design; but once the templates are sorted I can essentially change out the graphics whenever I want, then just print and install new wrap.
Weight is 7.8kg - which isn't bad with 1500g alu wheels and 32c rubber!
The DA R9120 mechanical hydro stuff is *very* impressive so far too.
