Wow, impressive!

You know that you can save a few extra grams by cutting off some of the excess shifter cable? The parts that stick out after the mounting bolt.

thanks,, yes,it's a good idea, I'll cut off them when I update the cable housings to a lighter one.

@YangZili are those Deda bar end plugs? What's the current weight, about 2.5-3g for a pair? I didn't drill out the "leaves" on mine and they are kinda loose fitting since there's almost no bar tape to wedge between plug and bar end.

it is 2g show on the scale panel,i think it may less then 2g but i am not sure because the Parktool scale is not precies .I use a micro electric drill drill the Deda plugs and burring them by the lighter fire, if it is too loose i think you can stick some foam particles on the plug"leaves"

OK, so I did that too. The plugs look even more ghetto now, the weight is 2.8g.

Hey man. Good job with the bike and the tuning :thumbup: Keep it up. I like what you did with the bar plugs. That takes a steady hand and some skill :thumbup: I would like to hear more about the shrink wrap. Maybe some more pics. I think it looks cool.
