Yeah, but you can actually touch it, and ride it. Ok... I'm going to go for a ride on my lowly C60 now...

There’s nothing lowly about that beautiful C60! Safe ride.

Can’t wait to see what new colors will be introduced. The all black nude carbon and colored junctions remind me way too much of the first carbon trek and specialized of the 90’s!!

Guy, very nice build.
One of my favourites.
Thanks for posting.

I'd like to ask what size it really is . Your post says that 56''. Is that 52s translated to 56 traditional ?
I am 185cm tall and ride c59 colnago in 52s size.

I am looking forward to hearing from you

Best regards
michal

Hi Michal and thank you.

No, it's a 56s. I'm not sure if they've adjusted sizing as they're no longer doing the traditional models. Whatever the sizing though, it fits like a glove.

Magnifico nice to look at the bike especially the rear view you sent. That square seat post will take sometime to get use to

Hope you don't mind another question. Considering you have the new DA groupset combined with Conti 25mm clinchers that are quite a large tyre, have you already practiced removing the rear wheel? In another thread there was a discussion about the DA9100 rear derailleur and wheel removal on different frames. Do you already have some experience to share?

Not at all.

It comes out easily. The direct mount brakes have more clearance on that side of things and there’s no issue with clearing the rear mech either.

The issue of rear wheel removal with the new 9100 derailleur only affects certain frames, typically with very short chainstays and a lot of material behind the bottom bracket which decreases the clearance from the rear tire. Not an issue on these frames.

Such a beautiful bike, congrats!
Did you have any issues using a torque wrench with those inverted faceplate bolts?

Thank you!

I didn't build the bike myself but none that I'm aware of. You'd just need to be careful....

Thanks - it's my job so no excuses really.

I'm a Nikon shooter though, this is the Nikkor 58/1.4

Nikon? Well I guess that explains the Shimano groupset then. :)
