Hi’
I would like to change the chainset to a Sram bb30. Now the frame have the osbb alloy with 30to24mm adapter for hollowtech II.
Can I simply remove the shimano adapter and insert a bb30 Sram without new adapters?
Thanks!

Yes, the'll come right out. It's basically just a plactic reducer inserted into the BB30 bearings, so pull them out and you should be ready to install the new crank.pekruhnium wrote: ↑Thu Mar 29, 2018 9:57 pmCan I simply remove the shimano adapter and insert a bb30 Sram without new adapters?

A nerdy and specific problem!
I have just got the 105 chainset of, and the 30 to 24mm adapters seem to have det bearings glued into them.
So I need to order new bearings..
I have also bought a Sram Force bb30 chainset. (10 speed)
Do I need spacers or wobble spacers, and/or do i need some kind of seal between the beaings and the sram chainset?

I have now ordered the new bearings.
Does any of you know have many spacers/washers I need on a Allez Smartweld to install the Sram force cranks?
The bearing set is from BBB, and has only one washer with it.

Made it more stealth!
I only want to change the cables and rearbrake for a all-black look.
