I had a leak this morning with the Tubolitos. I went from 7 bar to 2 or so in 3 miles. I am not going to pass judgment until I do some more research. It was frustrating though...

Must have been a bad luck. I'm using them since 3 months and no issues. You've punctured the tube or it was fabrication failure ?

They require special patches.

I confirm that they are 39 grams each (42mm valve).

Have been using tubolito for 2 month. Get a puncture and put on a tubolito patch. It works for 14 days and then it start leeking around the patch. Back to vredestein latex.

One of mine leaks too, but way slower (70psi to 40 psi in a week), so I contacted the manufacturer and they replied with:

If this doesn't help you, I'd email and share the results with others.

I determined the leak was a pin prick size hole. I do not know what caused it. I am attempting a patch.

I installed the AER headset (upper and lower). First off this craftmanship is excellent. Their stuff is top notch. I take pride that they are from my home state of North Carolina.

Note: I did not use the bolt, expander or cap.

I fixed the hole in the Tubolito. I used a Park Tool Super Patch. Its kept air for 7 hours now.

I believe changing your rotor qarbon chainrings to carbon-ti oval ones will reduce weight further.
Also since you have a 50-34 compact crankset, why not use the xg1190 11-25? Don't think you will need a 11-32T (which is heavier) on that compact crankset

I would love to try the Carbon-Ti however, I am tied to the SRM power meter. I dont believe they would work with the SRM spider.

As for the 11-25, I live in CO. I can't go too far from the house without going up a hill/mountain.
