So wait... you're saying your hands feel fine, but you've only just put the bike otgether and haven't ridden it very far? How would you know? Your hands may feel fine with this saddle position, initially, but on a long ride, I have a feeling you're going to end up having some hand pain. I once had my saddle slowly slip into a nose-down position over the course of a long ride. It wasn't dramatic enough that I even noticed looking at it, but after 80 miles, my hands hurt like crazy. When I compared pictures from that day compared to earlier pics of the bike I noticed that the saddle had nosed down. No one on here can tell you what feels comfortable to you, but I think we can all make some educated guesses. If we're wrong, we're wrong and great you're comfortable, but it looks odd to me and a few others.

Longer rides will happen soon. Well see how it goes.
I am ready to lose some more weight. My fingers are crossed for a 6.1 Kilo bike...

Nice components. I take it you know that you have missed the barrel adjuster on the ee brakes and there are way too many spacers between the pads and brake arms. ALso that saddle angle is pretty extreme. I have never seen a specialised power at that angle. If anything the short nose saddles benefit even less from angling down as that is the idea of the short nose - easier to ride in the aero position as the short position allows junk off front with still supported sitbones.

Yes, I was just mouting the brakes. It was just a mock up to see how much weight I lost for the brakes and will lose when I swap cables. I am installing the Powercordz this week.NiFTY wrote: ↑Sat Jun 09, 2018 4:09 amNice components. As for the saddle angle it is a work in progress. Please visit the previous post where I address it.
