If you are really chasing the grammes then it is a weight loss with no impact on function.

That red 10 means 10cm or 100mm from the blue tape you have put on it
think... measure twice.. think then cut. I kinda get the inkling the op is not comfortable.. so my vote is to leave as is.

Im comfortable with cutting just not the permanance of cutting the post. I am worried about removing any future flexibility.

AER headset ordered!! Once the Tubolito and AER are put on we should be below 6 Kilos!
The Tubolitos came in quick! High marks for shipping!
The valve is much longer so easily accesible and looks cool.
Between the 16 grams lost from the seatpost cut and Tubolitos we lost 50ish more grams. 6 Kilos is around the corner!!

Did you replace RD jockey wheels yet? What about seatpost yokes and bolts?
No and just the bolts. Do you know where I can get some lighter yokes?

I had luck with POP-style yokes on eBay, Schmolke sells seatpost spares too. Maybe ask Darimo about yokes from T2 seatpost. Both of designs have it's own pros/cons compared to a single top plate if that's what BMC uses. Cradles are more tricky because you have to match the diameter and possibly depth. But first of all, I'd weight all the seatpost parts to be sure you'll benefit from this level of tuning.
How do the Tubolito tubes ride compared to normal butyl tubes? Or compared to latex tubes if you have experience with those.
I had never heard of them before seeing your thread. Just curious about rolling resistance etc

I roll on Tubolitos too and did not notice any difference at all compared to Pro Ones. Here are RR graphs from FAQ section of Tubolito website:
