Hell yeah! Definitely looking forward to seeing what you guys can do.
I suppose it's as bare as it can be, so not a single removable metal part attached? : no bolts, no rear hanger, no seatpost clamping mechanism,... Just to get an idea of the real weight compared to my Addict disc frame f.ex

Delorre, Weight for the frame includes the front braze on mount as well as the rear derailleur hanger. Does not include bottle cage bolts or the seat collar.
Curious if it is a good idea to swap out the longer expansion plug for the stubby one on a disc brake bike, or does the longer one impose an artificial stress point on the steerer versus the stubby? Oh, and I am thinking Fairwheel should get Godzuki involved.

very descent weight in that case!!Looking forward to the other parts of the build. 5.5kg would be awesome

I'd be disappointed at 5.5kg, we're aiming to be right around 5.2kg for the build. After that and just for fun, we may do an alternate version at sub 5kg.

extralite SPD mcfk wheels?
Would think MCFK's unidirectional stem would be very close the weight of the THMs but much nicer in the aesthetics department?

expander is not exactly WW is it?
also funny that Factor lended GCN some a couple of rim brake O2s for the Taiwan KOM Challenge fitted with THM throughout and they could only get it to 6.2kg without a powermeter
