Just finished my first WW build. I want to thank all of you who responded to my questions and offered help along the way. The process was both fun and educational and so far very happy with the results.

The bike came in at 13.54 lbs as pictured and cost less than $3K USD using a full Dura Ace 9100 group set.

Had so much fun starting in on a new XC bike next, stay tuned..

Congrats on your first build. Just a thought: if you really need an upturned stem like this and the amount of spacers that you have there, then you should have gone for a frame with a different geometry.
