Really enjoyed lurking and reading all of the different topics and I appreciate the forum as a great source on maintenance, different components, and hard to find arcana.
Thought I would post my older 2012 R3 that I've been slowly trying out different parts and changing things here and there over the years....and finally I've just about got it to where I'm really totally enjoying it.
After years or messing around finally got a bike fitting early over year ago and its been even better than ever to ride since the fitting tweaks. Still messing around with the stem height though.
Its been a lot of fun working on the bike and learning to service different parts of the bike. I was really inspired by this forum member's beautiful work on a similar model: viewtopic.php?t=134406.

Thanks. (Sorry forgot to add parts list - just edited it to include the component list) The Wheelset is the Giant SLR 0. : https://www.giant-bicycles.com/us/slr-0 ... road-black
(they can often be found on ebay for around 1100$)
The better deal is the Giant SLR 1 wheelset - which I've sometimes seen sell for 800$ or less. They are great wheels in my opinion.
