Bought this warranty frame (NOS) from a gent who had gone ahead and bought a whole new bike. Built it up with a hodgepodge of parts, some of which I already owned, some of which I picked up as I went.

Apologies for the basement photos - it's where I do my wrenching but the lighting sucks.

Build:
Frame: Giant Defy Aluxx (2015)
Fork: Giant Carbon
Headset: FSA Integrated
BB: Shimano PressFit
Crankset: Shimano 105 5800 (53/39, 175)
F & R Mech: Shimano Ultegra 6800
Shifters: Shimano Ultegra 6800
Stem: ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (alloy, not sure of brand)
Handlebar: ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (same)
Seatpost: Giant alloy
Saddle: Selle Italia SL XC
Brakes: Axis 1.0
Chain: Ultegra
Cassette: 105 5800 (11-28)
Wheels: Shimano RS10
Tires: Vittoria Open Corsa

Bike is (obviously) a bit too small so I'm running a ton of seatpost and a big stem. I'll probably tool around on it for a bit and then sell it. This was my first time building up a bike on my own, so I'm happy I got the experience under my belt.

Wow the frame looks indeed extremely small compared to your seat post and high cockpit with the spacers and the stem!

I am sure it was a good exercise to built it

I always wonder how this kind of thing happens. Still fun to see though and to read the comments.
