The Stelvio tubulars have a rather supple ride and are more puncture resistant than most racing tubulars since they have a kevlar belt inside. They have a more round shape than other tubs and pretty well made Tufo makes the tire for Scwalbe. I think it is kind of od that Tufo makes their best tire for someone else..
Again the bar was the client's preference, i do have a wide range of lightweight carbon bars in stock as you can imagine. There are times we have to compromise and go w/ what the rider wants. cheers.

The Stelvio tubulars roll as bad as Tufos. Gerolsteiner who are sponsored by Schwalbe don't even ride them. Instead, they use relabeled Veloflex.

Slightly OT: does the Tufo anti-puncture sealant work with the Stelvios?
And if I ever meet an aardvark, I'm going to step on its damn protruding nasal implement until it couldn't suck up an insect if its life depended on it.

Yes the sealant works on Stelvio tubulars. F.Y.I. Stelvio tubulars are made by Tufo. On a seperate note, they also do ride rather nicely regardless of the previous response, though we are all entitiled to out own opinions. cheers.

Awesome but cheating, lets get some weights on the bike ready to roll out the door. Not the Tufo arguement again. I LOVE mine, my S3 lites roll great!

Thanks! Yes, I noticed the remarks from Diive and Bikeguy about Tufo making them for Schwalbe. That's why I asked. Interesting for me because, unlike Tufos, the Schwalbes come in 25 mm.

Is the dog used to bring bike back up to the UCI weight limit?
I have a '05 TCR A which is lardy at 13.2LB build is pretty straightforward full campag record carbon, Keo Ti, Zipp 303, Deda Alanera combo.
Raced it this morning for the first time since September, forgotten how responsive it is. Pity the rider wasn't up to it after a heavy cold 2 weeks ago.

The Tufo Elite Road are listed as 23 but are closer to 25 in reality.
