I have just finished putting together the new dual suspension 20" bike for my daughter - a project that just got a bit out of hand ! We came in with a weight of 7.85kg with pedals on, which puts it in the super light territory for a dual suspension. I will work on lighter tyres and a tubeless setup to get about another 0.5kg out I think. I designed the new rims and had a tool put down for them giving me a 16 spoke rim at 200g which we are really pleased with. This is a bit heavier than the last bike but the frame is much stiffer and the forks are now production Grind Air 20". Like to share it and happy to get some feed back.
