Delorre wrote:Awesome build  The little color spots are just perfect, otherwise, it maybe had been a little boring. This is a full custom geo I supose? If so, was it an option to ask for a little taller headtube and use a -8 or -10° stem? Same for seattube angle : was it an option to have 1/2 or 1 ° less and have the saddle centered on the rails? Small details, but given the  $ or € asked for those frames, I would only be satisfied with absolute perfection.

Couldn't agree with you more! Yup went for custom geo on this one. Adjustments were done post photos, saddle was moved 1.5cm forward, stem to be flipped since I didn't have those latest star head allen wrenches. Thanks!

Really great build. The simplicity really shows off the quality of the frameset.

Hows the durability on that DLC black chain? Is it staying black or does it wear off quickly?

The black stays for awhile. It's the blue of mine that started coming off around 3k km

That's a beautiful bike... Love the logo on the fork along with the tribute to your dad.

Not sure about the blue chain cassette though..
Probably not just my style... Although was considering a red kmc chain for a short while.

I think the blue chain and cassette is a nice touch. It works with the blue accents on the rest of the bike.

It's through my LBS, very responsive.
- Spoke to the painter directly about my idea
- very responsive on emails with sales team, as well as sharing photos of the build
- requested a custom carbon instert for my ISP a few months after my build. They shipped it here and didn't charge anything
- ordered my tune hubs through them at a good price
