Beautiful finish. Interested in your ride impressions once built. I have a Cento Uno Air and am on the fence about one of these...

Noticed your Pinnarelo and this bike on SRAM, but all your other bikes on Campy. Why the switch? Just curious.

Sir Mixalot,
Please try to stay out of mainstream with the parts. If Sram and ee brakes have a place on this bike then you should go with full Ti hubs ,here
http://positivo-espresso.blogspot.com.t ... atari.html
and may be this saddle ,here (which is available also in a dark brown leather covered called the BPeople Unica Vintage)

Others might disagree.

^^^^ Gokiso hubs are beautiful. Thanks for the link. Love learning about their dedication to precision. They seem to be a better value than Enve carbon hubs.

Bely really a good eye for bikes. Look forward to seeing the finished product even though he went with SRAM :D

So for most of the bikes i like to run Campy SR11 Mechnical

Only exception was the Mosaic which runs Campy EPS V3 - kind of hit and miss...Mosaic was a HIT! Festka a MISS

I wanted to try the SRAM etap & was pleasantly surprised (I didn’t like the 1st Gen Sram Reds) and decided to run the etap on later builds FACTOR (sold), Madone (came with it), F10 (sold), Festka & Wilier.

Reasons and mindset behind each groupset decision
1) speedvagen - at that point I just liked the mech SR11
2) Argonaut - lightest groupset
3) pegoretti - keep it “classic” with a little modern twist
4) Cherubim - Dura Ace Mech “Japanese”
5) mosaic - EPS v3 hated the clutter of wires but liked the shifting - hence the shift to ETAP

Nice frame. I like that metalic painting of that frameset.
I has a plan that repainting my frameset-dogma651-after 2018 season, concept of blue-metalic custom like viviani's maat 60.1

I'll be the kind shoulder for Bely to lean on and chime in here..

Seatpost: 206
Alabarda (42 x 100) 381
Accessories: 287 (headset bearings, expander, two types of topcaps + 4 spacers, Albarda and Seatpost wedge clamp)

Definitely not the lightest granted the Trek Madone XXX Aero stem/bar is 290..
