Big thanks to all forum members ! You inspired many of my ideas and helped the build to come true !

Wow, amazing build!

Thanks
The stem offers very solid connection to handle bars. Connection type is innovative and actually much better than standard considering carbon-titanium interface. It's very stiff for sprinting but gives little bit of smoothness in terms of canceling vibrations.
Previously I had EXTRALITE - HyperStem O-6 which was 3 grams lighter (but 10 mm shorter). I definitely prefer THM due to it's stability and look.
I'm considering buying longer one, and this will be again Tibia.
Stem is very expensive, but really worth it.

Thanks
I've had old Venge - see photo below.
Venge was very nice bike but Oltre XR4 is much better, technically speaking (as it is obviously newer).
Main differences are:
- Bianchi is much stiffer in bottom bracket area, you could feel Venge bending while climbing out of saddle.
- Venge was very harsh (stiff) vertically. Did not absorb any vibrations from the road. I can say that Biamchi's Countervail is really working.
- Oltre XR4 is more stable during descending, the fork and head tube are much stiffer.
- I don't like Oltre XR4 seatpost: nice carbon with heavy, old fashioned metal clamping system on top (50g heavier than Venge one).
- I really liked S-WORKS crankset. One of the lightest options on the market (626grams with 50-34 absoluteBLACK oval rings and QUARK power meter).
I hope this answers the question

Can I ask- is that 20mm of spacers? I am thinking about buying one and need 25mm including the top cap ( assuming it is 10mm- so 15mm of spacers. was wondering how it looks like.)

There is 15 mm spacer under the stem and 5 mm over.
I hope it helps.
