Was hoping for a sub-7kg as ridden (without saddle bag).
I think i can claw back 60g from chopping the steerer/post and swap the bung...
Maybe drop some weight from jagwire links as well?

The saddle's pretty heavy - cheap savings there.

But then my ass will hurt.

Buying the carbon rail version to save 70g or so isn't really a cheap saving unfortunately.

That weight kinda scares me... especially with a SR build! How weighty are the wheels?

Wow, that seat is heavy, and pedals. Might be worth trying one of Jures saddles. Nice looking frame though.

Somewhere around the 1480 mark from memory.

Maybe I'll look into a smp forma crb (170g)

All bits on, post and steerer trimmed.

Cables and outers in, inners not trimmed yet. Chain not on yet.

Might pick up some fizik ultralight tape or lizardskins 1.8mm. Not sure about the fizik because I really don't like tape that leaves crap everywhere - at the moment all I have in my stash is some navy blue lizardskins 2.5, some cinelli vollee (not sure if will leave stuck shit later) or 2 year old supercaz.

Also ordered some assorted ti screws the other day. Probably drop about 20g of 12 screws.

Have an issue with the seat wedge - it's a bit big. Was told this was noticed in production and they are sending me a new one this week.

Current weight is 7.3kg with pedals, cages, garmin + sensors, bells and lights. 6.77 without.

Might pick up an SR 12-27 cassette some time for 100g off. And maybe a lighter saddle. Although I don't really want to play the saddle musical chairs game again...

Temp bad picture......

Should be fixed.

I cabled up the bike last night. Haven't cut the inners yet.
FD braze is located a bit high - for a std i guess. I'm a wuss with a compact. The k-edge chain catcher is hanging half off the braze tab.

Taped up.

Got a new wedge on friday.

My impressions so far.
7185g as ridden w/ pegals, garmin, sensors, cages, bell. On par with the cyclingtips SR/bora50 build weight.

Pretty smooth, not quite as much as my Infinito CV or CX Zero but definitely up there. I haven't spent long enough on other bikes with similar geometry (73/73deg) to compare to those (the previous mentioned bikes are 72/73.5 and 71.8/74 or something). Very very stable in a straight line - almost as stable as my gravel bike was - curve grovel 4130 v1)

BB area is stiffer than the CX Zero. Not sure about vs the Infinito CV yet. Pedalling responsiveness better than both. Handling faster than both (as it should be according to the numbers).

Only 1 complaint about it so far.
1) bb cable guide cover came with countersunks. should have come with button heads.

Other complaints which is probably my fault
1) I look like a dork because I run a low saddle, combined with the near-horizontal top tube. The picture above is not my actual saddle height - its because the wedge was too big and I couldn't drop the saddle.
2) I sized up the frame using velogicfit vs my old bike. I may have gotten something wrong. InfinitoCV = 100mm/-6deg/8mm headset, Tere = 110mm/-7/9mm headset + 10mm spacer, but I'm measuring a bit over 10mm increased saddle-centre of bars at the moment. I'm 95% sure I got my saddle setback correct but I guess thats where I need to start looking.
3) Was getting a BB creak @ low/medium effort in the saddle, but not out of the saddle in biggest gear. Oddly, it was mostly in the small ring.
SR compact crank/UT 86.5x41 cups. I retightened the crank but have not tested. Next step to reseat bb cups.
4) Removed 1 spikey washer from the front brake. I could see the caliper flexing under braking.
5) Rear brake caliper clearance (SR calipers) is pretty tight w/pacenti SL23/GP4000II 25mm. Maybe 5mm? Front has a few mm more. I knew it could be an issue. Suggest Chorus or other calipers next time.
6) Need a new rear light. Or something to make my current round post light fit a square post

#3 is just as likely to be seatpost or saddle rail creaking fwiw.
