Those front brake blocks look badly aligned. I wonder if it is down to a misinterpretation of what toe-in is?

Frame size 50.
and everything is ok with the brakepad it just slightly missaligned a little while tightning .

awesome build , with the set up you have whats the saddle measurement from center of bb to top of saddle, tip of saddle to center of bar and what's the lenght of the stem .. thank you

Has she ridden the bike yet? What are her thoughts?

She has ridden it for a few hundred km .
With the 100mm stem she said that its a little sluggish but not in a Bad way.
After she changed to a 90mm stem its much more agile without the nervousness of her Caad10(size48)
Its super stiff (i tried it also for me) and super stable in long curves with a easy handling in turns. She likes it a lot. The carbon saddle makes it more comfortable ower small bumbs than her caad with Alu seatpost ;)
When you can live without the nimbus of a Dogma its a real good buy and you will miss nothing .
The Geometry is a Little more on the comfy side compared to the Dogma ( more Stack ,less Reach)
