nothing special: used evos are very affordable at he moment, and i always liked those in terms of geometry and aesthetics, so i got a frameset in great shape as a basis for my second bike.
it will be build with unspectacular parts being already there (mixture of red/force/black rival parts, different wheelsets available, fsa parts, rotor p2max crankset etc ...)
frameset surprisingly light, considering its glossy paintjob.
Build List:
-Cannondale SS Evo himod Frameset 2013
-FSA Energy Bar 38 mm (270 gr) (might be replaced by FSA K-Force 40mm)
-CD C2-stem (titanium bolts) 100 mm 6°
-CD C1 seatpost carbon 218 gr/300mm
-38mm China-Carbon-Wheelset with Via Bike Components Hubs
-Fizik Kurve Snake Aluminium (might be replaced by Fizik Kurve Snake Carbon)
-Rotor Agilis P2max-Crankset 172,5 mm
-Sram Red DT 10s
-Sram Force derailleur front
-Sram Rival Breaks
-Sram Rival derrailleur rear
-Corima Cork Pads
-Tune bottle cages
-Look Keos

Thank you.
cannondale is calling "PF30" "BB30", devil knows why, so i purchased the wrong BB, 4224 instead of 4624.

Noice, congrats on the new bike and looking forward to seeing this come together.
ave done exactly the same, buying the same frame, same colour, only a 58cm. Got 786 grams with the cable guide and hanger.
Do you reckon the glossy paint adds considerably to the weight? I would've thought this was the "best" (lightest) paint optionf rom factory for these Dales...

so, not incredibly much feedback, but, ok, build and frame are quite mediocre, so thats ok!
nevertheless i bring it to an end now, documenting announced minor changes:
-38-mm-carbon wheelset
weight at the moment 6,83 kg incl. edge 500 and pedals.
regards

and optical refresh of p2max-crankset.

I like the green tipped shifters and green crank ring.
Sys wheels are sharp, but I prefer the slightly deeper 38mm wheelset.
Congrats on getting it built-up! How's it ride??

Thanks for your feedback, appreciated!
i am very satisfied with the ride. it has nearly identical geometry to my first bike (concerning fit, steering is a little different), so its a proper fit.
i must say, like it better and better and for certain, i will keep the frameset.

Great build - sensible choice of parts. What's the final weight with the R-SYS?

thanks.
the weight w/rsys is 6,79 kg.
some weight-savings are planed:
k-force bar instead energy, -60 gr.
kurve carbon-saddle instead kurve-aluminium, -50 gr.
ritchey (flexlogic post and wcs c 260 stem) parts instead fo cd, -80 gr.
and exustar ti-pedals instead look classic, -70 gr.
so all in all a saving of +/- 260 gr is easy to achieve (by using my 202, more than 500 gr are possible...)
i will keep the rival parts. only few grams heavier than force, and go great with the frame!
dismissed the plan of stripping frameset, because i really got used to the paintjob, in spite of a bit to many logos.
this outdoor-picture might represent the paintjob a little better (regrettably my shitty camera is completely overburdened with this..)
